Ryan was very professional from the original assessment of size and quotation to the final installation. He informed me of the steps that it was going to take to install so that I would agree with what the final product was going to look like. Ryan made sure that I new potential issues that could arise during installation so that I knew upfront of any added costs that may be needed in the end (glad there were no issues). He treated my house as if he were installing the generator at his own. He takes pride in that the customer is satisfied with the installation. I would have given a rating of all "Excellent" but the installation took about 2 weeks longer than he originally told me although Ryan kept me informed during the delay. Ryan also was very helpful in getting the wifi set up and ensured that the settings on my phone to monitor the generator were working.
Very pleased with experience and would recommend to anyone that asks.

When we contacted Generac about purchasing a generator, a dealer contacted us right away and after a few minutes we found out he actually lives a few miles from our house!
